BMW X5 M8 M3 LEFT FRONT SEAT ADJUSTMENT SWITCH 2019-2024 2025 2026 OEM 6801481
MINOR SCRATCHES ALL OVER
NORMAL WEAR
The component suffix 6801481 (full OEM factory part number 61316801481) identifies an authentic BMW Power Seat Adjustment Switch.
This module houses the controller toggles that regulate multi-directional electronic adjustments on the front left (driver side) seat assembly. It is the driver-side equivalent to the passenger-side switch module (5A71210) discussed previously.
Depending on the specific comfort packaging equipped on your vehicle, this master driver-side module regulates:
- Multi-Directional Seat Geometry: Handles 12-way electronic track configurations, including horizontal sliding (forward/backward), front and rear base tilt adjustments, height lifting, and backrest angle leaning.
- Pneumatic Contouring: Manages the compression and inflation of internal air bladders to adjust lower-back lumbar support and bolster width width.
- Active Massage Comfort: Directly controls the initiation, pausing, and intensity levels of the built-in multi-contour rolling backrest massage system.
Vehicle Compatibility
This switch cluster is a core component found across modern G-chassis platform layouts. It is engineered for upscale vehicle lineups equipped with premium Sport or Multi-Contour Seat packages:
- Luxury Crossovers & SUVs: X5 / X5 M (G05/F95), X6 / X6 M (G06/F96), and X7 (G07)
- Sport Coupes & Sedans: 2 Series (G42), 3 Series / M3 (G20/G80), 4 Series / M4 (G22/G23/G82), and the 8 Series / M8 lines (G14/G15/G16/F92)
- Fitment Note: This switch is specific to vehicles featuring memory profiles and pneumatic multi-contour adjustments. It features high-quality silver/chrome accented trim edges flanking the black toggle pads
