This module houses the controller buttons regulating electronic adjustment on the front left (driver side) multi-contour or multi-function luxury seat assembly. It is the exact part that supersedes the 61316801483 module we discussed earlier.
Primary Functions
As a high-tier comfort system control unit, this module dictates multi-axis luxury seating features:
- Advanced Coordinate Adjustment: Direct tactile regulation of 14-way or 16-way geometric tracks, managing forward/backward sliding, base cushion lift, base tilt angle, backrest recline, and articulated upper-shoulder backrest angles.
- Pneumatic Posture Contouring: Signals air lines to adjust internal lower-back lumbar support bladders and pneumatic adjustable side bolsters.
- Rolling Massage Commands: Integrated tactile button allows the driver to toggle, cycle, or cancel the premium active rolling pneumatic backrest massage programs.
